Wood River Legacy Station Phase I - Hub

The City of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska will receive sealed bids for the remodel of the “Hub” portion of the Legacy Station building.

The “Hub” is the central portion of the Legacy Station which includes the Senior Center, Library and the Wood River Food Pantry.  The project is broken out and separate from the Senior Center remodel and the Library remodel due to funding requirements.  The “Hub” project includes demolition, construction of tornado shelters as restrooms, the new south entrance, the central hallway and a storage room.  This includes all associated work as described in the Plans and Specifications.

Pre-Bid Meeting was held November 14, 2024 at 2:00pm at the project location: 1401 East St. Wood River, NE

Bids will be accepted at the Office of the Clerk, P.O. Box 8 or 108 West 10th Street, Wood River, Nebraska 68883 until 2:00 P.M. Central on November 26, 2024 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
