Frenchman Cambridge Irrigation District Pumping Station, Cambridge NE

This project was the construction of a 20 cubic feet per second pumping station and approximately three miles of pipeline to transfer irrigation water from the Republican River Diversion Dam located below Harry Strunk Reservoir to the Bartley Canal.

Assenmacher Wetland, Curtis Nebraska

This project was constructed on the Medicine Creek in Frontier County to create a private wetland for Gerhard Assenmacher.  WDA not only completed the designs but also prepared all permit application for the project.

Burwell Diversion Dam, Burwell NE

This project involved the replacement of an existing concrete diversion dam on the North Loup River.  The existing 40 year old dam was determined to be structurally unsound.  The new dam, designed for flows ranging from 100 cfs to 10,000 cfs, was constructed directly adjacent to the existing structure.

The owner, NLPP&ID, is an operating irrigation district.  Therefore, all work had to be completed between October 1st and April 15th.  Winter construction methods were used to meet the deadline.
